This is the privacy notice of INGOMA Foundation. In this document, “we”, “our”, or

“us” refer to INGOMA Foundation. We are an NPO with registration number 166-

619 NPO registered in South Africa. Our office is at 7 Fairview, Thornhill

Polokwane, South Africa.

We have appointed an Information Officer who is responsible for ensuring that our

2. Information we process

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal information

about you. We have collated these into groups as follows:

Your identity includes information such as first name, last name, title, date of birth,

and other identifiable information that you may have provided at some time.

Your contact information includes information such as billing address, delivery

address, email address, telephone numbers and any other information you have

given to us for the purpose of communication or meeting.

Your financial information includes information such as your bank account and

payment card details.

Transaction information includes details about payments or communications to and

from you and information about the products and services you have purchased

from us.

Technical information includes your internet protocol (IP) address, browser type

and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions,

operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to

access this website.

Your profile includes information such as your username and password, purchases

or orders made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey

responses.

Marketing information includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us;

communication preferences; responses, and actions in relation to your use of our

services.

We may aggregate anonymous information such as statistical or demographic data

for any purpose. Anonymous information is information that does not identify you

as an individual. Aggregated information may be derived from your personal

information but is not considered personal information in law because it does not

reveal your identity.

For example, we may aggregate profile information to assess interest in a product

or service.
